Located at 492 Broadway, the dine-in or take-out restaurant has been serving up hot chicken to locals who have embraced the concept with open arms. This is Fluffies\u2019 second location, with the original opening in Hackensack in late 2022. The business had aspirations to eventually expand nationwide so you may be seeing more Fluffies locations in the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The eatery focuses on hot chicken with an Indian and South Asian twist. There is a traditional fried chicken sandwich on the menu, which you can get classic plain style without the \u201chot\u201d, or you can crank up the heat level. They offer a mild, medium, hot, and blistering hot spice levels. Other items on the menu capture the South Asian spirit to offer inventive items, including a chicken sandwich in an Indian butter style sauce, a specific type of curry. The menu also features Frankie rolls, an Indian dish similar to a wrap, but that uses naan bread as the wrapper. The duo decided to take their love for food and turn it into a business that incorporates their South Asian roots into their concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Their focused, but expanding menu includes chicken wings, rice bowls, mac and cheese, naan and more.
